Kings Harbor Resort Reservation Policy:
RESERVATIONS: All reservations are accepted up to 50 weeks in advance. We will hold a room for the same week the following year, if you make your reservation before you leave. All other reservations guarantee a Room Code not a specific room number. All rooms are non-smoking. No candles or open flame devices are allowed indoors. No Tents. Advance approval for extra occupants over room's capacity and number of people in the party are required. There is a charge for extra occupants over the normal sleeping capacity of each room. Minimum stays are required at peak periods such as Holiday Weekends. There are no charges or fees for changing reservations prior to confirmation.
DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION: A payment of three night's deposit per room is required to confirm all reservations. We accept Master Card and Visa. With a Master Card or Visa authorization, we will accept personal checks, money orders, traveler's checks, and cash. Payment of the balance is due in full upon arrival and there is no refund for early departures.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made in person or by telephone. Reservations may be cancelled with a refund of the deposit less a $30.00 cancellation fee per room provided we are given at least a 45-day notice. If a cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival, the balance of that reservation is due in full and will be, unless we are otherwise requested, charged to the credit card used to confirm. If we are able to re-rent the room, a refund less a one-night cancel fee, will be given.
CHECK-IN: Check-In time is 4:00 P.M. Do not enter the resort grounds prior to checking in without advanced approval and parking pass. Valid drivers license, all vehicle plate numbers, all water craft numbers, and valid Master Card or Visa required at check-in. Balance of reservation is due upon check-in. Late arrivals (after 9 P.M. and Noon on Sundays) should notify the office in advance so instructions can be given. If the office has not been notified of a late arrival and it is determined that the unit was not occupied the night of the scheduled arrival, we will assume that the reservation is a No-Show and will be cancelled. The balance of the reservation will be charged to the credit card used to confirm that reservation. In the event of a No-Show, no refunds are given, even if the room is re-rented. This decision will be made by 9:00 A.M. the morning following the scheduled arrival.
CHECK-OUT: Check-Out time is 10:00 A.M. Please vacate your room and drop off all keys at the office by 10:00 A.M.. For those guests who wish to stay later than 10:00 A.M., we offer up to a 4 P.M. check-out for an additional charge, provided the room is available. Unscheduled late check outs are charged an extra day and may have their belongings removed from the room to prepare for new occupants.
